Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at our facility in Sanford, FL. This is a full‑time position with 12‑hour shifts and rotating weekends.

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self‑care techniques
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an intensive care unit, preferably in a cardiovascular setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑stress environment
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts and rotating weekends
