LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in Sanford, FL, and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.
• Available for full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, and weekends).
