Days (7a-7pm) or Nights (7p-7a) | Full-Time | Rotating Weekends

27-Bed unit and will tend to Med/Tele, Neuro & Cardiac, Post CAB, MI's/Chest pain etc. patients. Our number one goal is patient safety and satisfaction!

The Cardiac Neuro Registered Nurse is responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments.

• 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2 years) Acute Care RN Med-Surg/Tele experience REQUIRED. Would consider Acute Rehab experience.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date

• Pay rate range:
  Min $30.75/hr. – Max $44.68/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs:
  Nights $4.50/hr., Weekends $1.50/hr.
