We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to help build and lead our growing outpatient Cath Lab in Sanford, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Cath Lab RN who wants to transition into leadership and operations while maintaining clinical involvement. If you're looking to move beyond working cases all day and help shape a developing cardiovascular program from the ground up, we'd love to connect.

As the Cath Lab Supervisor, you'll partner closely with physicians and leadership to support the growth and success of our newer outpatient Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support accreditation and regulatory readiness initiatives
• Develop and implement Cath Lab policies, procedures, and workflows
• Manage compliance, documentation, supplies, and operational preparedness
• Participate clinically during procedure days as needed
• Collaborate directly with cardiologists to maintain quality and operational standards
• Assist with staffing plans and process development as procedure volume grows
• Drive operational excellence and help shape the future of the program

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License
• 3-5+ years of RN experience
• 2+ years of recent Cath Lab experience
• Strong understanding of Cath Lab procedures and operations
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians
• Confident professional presence with the ability to appropriately challenge and advocate when needed
• Interest in leadership, administration, and operational responsibilities
