Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, and guiding members regarding self‑service technology. Helps members with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues and promotes company products and services.
What You'll Do- Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy.
- Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers, organize the sales floor, and complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain facility safety, conduct safety sweeps, handle forklift spotting, dispose hazardous materials, follow steel standard guidelines, and report unsafe situations.
- Ensure sales floor and merchandise presentation meet company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, pricing goods, and securing fragile/high‑shrink items.
- Monitor food and merchandise quality, enforce product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and complete stocking, zoning, and cleaning of all departments.
- Lead and participate in teams, sharing resources, determining customer needs, coordinating work assignments, and providing feedback to achieve timelines and quality.
- Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged per company policy.
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, monitoring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, applying action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and assisting management with ethical issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00, plus potential premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
- Leadership and supervisory experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
