Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to help customers transition from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Sell vehicles in a no-haggle environment and negotiate terms to fit customer budgets and needs;
Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction, including post-purchase transition to Service department;
Follow up with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
