Job Description
Calling people to persuade them to change their energy supplier to ours. No credit card information is requested and no contracts are signed.
QualificationsYou must be willing to work your shift and two Saturdays a month. Applicants should have a clear speaking voice and strong persuasion skills. Candidates are expected to be firm without being rude or pushy, and able to handle customers who are rude or indifferent.
Additional InformationSales or Call Center experience is not required!
