Outside Sales Representative - Florida

Adams Marketing Group (AMG) is one of the Southeast's leading food service manufacturers' representative agencies, representing premier brands in disposables, tabletop, equipment, smallwares, and food service supplies.

We're looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow sales through distributor partnerships, end-user engagement, and manufacturer support throughout Central Florida.

• Develop and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, National Accounts, and end-user customers.
• Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and customer training.
• Work closely with manufacturer partners on sales initiatives and opportunities.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Track activity, opportunities, and follow-up through CRM and reporting tools.
• Attend industry events, distributor meetings, and trade shows.

• Outside sales experience.
• Food service, National Accounts, hospitality, restaurant, janitorial, packaging, or distribution experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a large territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver s license and willingness to travel throughout Central Florida.
