ECCO USA LLC is excited to hire Call Center Sales Agents for our Home Warranty Sales Program supporting Home Serve! If you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and working in a fast-paced call center environment, this could be a great fit for you.

MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE PROFICIANT WITH COMPUTER NAVIGATION.

• Making outbound calls to existing Home Serve customers
• Cross-selling and upselling Home Serve home protection products
• Educating customers on benefits, coverage, and savings
• Accurately documenting calls and sales
• Meeting quality and performance expectations

• Paid Training: 1 week 10a-630p
• After Training: 10a-630p

• Call center and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work onsite in Sanford, FL
• Background check required

• $15/hour with weekly pay
• Commission pay for sales
• Paid training
