Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at the Seminole Harley-Davidson dealership in Sanford, FL. The Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their riding needs, and guiding them through the selection of new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Daily activities include conducting product walk-throughs, explaining features and benefits, preparing price quotes, and assisting with financing and purchase documentation.

The role also involves maintaining showroom presentation, following up with leads, engaging with returning customers, and coordinating with service and parts teams to support a positive overall experience. The Salesperson is expected to build long-term relationships with customers, meet sales goals, and represent the Harley-Davidson brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales skills including consultative selling, lead follow-up, and basic negotiation, ideally in automotive, powersports, or retail environments.
• Solid product learning and presentation skills, with a willingness to gain detailed knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, features, and accessories.
• Basic computer proficiency for using dealership systems, managing customer records, and processing sales and financing paperwork.
• Interest in or familiarity with motorcycles and riding culture; ability to discuss safety, maintenance, and riding considerations with customers.
• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to dealership policies, and the ability to work weekends or peak hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in vehicle or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the showroom and lot, and work safely in an active dealership environment.
