Electrical Helper

No prior electrical experience required—training provided.

Location: Sanford, FL

Hourly Rate: $16-$20 per hour.

• Assist experienced electricians with light repair and installation work
• Learn technical and soft skills needed to become a Lead Electrician
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and respect
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
• Follow company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
• Practice safety awareness at all times—on the job and while driving
• Participate in daily training, morning meetings, and company events

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
