Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled, dependable cabinet painter to join our team on a temp to full time hire. This role is ideal for experienced cabinet paints, with remodeling or trim carpentry experience who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment.

You’ll be completing cabinet painting and cabinet projects in residential homes throughout our community, many of them high-end.

• Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager
• Experience prepping, priming, and painting cabinet doors
• Remove and install:
  • Cabinet doors and drawer fronts
  • Trim and moldings
  • Hardware
• Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately
• Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up Trust Points on every job site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• 3+ years of cabinet painting
• Knowledge and experience in cabinet installation, refacing, or trim carpentry experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in:
  • Using a paint sprayer
  • Drilling for hinges and hardware
  • Installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
• Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including:
  • Table saw
  • Sander
  • Drill
  • Router
  • Planer
  • Nail gun
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred
