We are seeking a motivated, energetic, Electrical Journeyman in commercial/industrial to join our team. This position will be based out of Sanford, FL and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in construction and industrial sales while contributing to the growth of a respected electrical services company.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switch gear, transformers, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Work safely and maintain compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites.
• Complete documentation, reports, and work orders accurately.

• Current Journeyman Electrician License (required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety practices.
• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
