Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing all necessary maintenance tasks for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in managing maintenance programs.

What your day-to-day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community's needs
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to automated service and emergency calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

Some things we can’t live without are:

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule & on‑call
