Swimming Pool Repair Technician (3+ Years Experience Required)

Based in Central Florida

Schedule:

4-Day Work Week (with occasional 5th day or Saturday, if needed)

Compensation:
Starting at $50,000/yr, paid hourly (Based on Experience)

Experience is a must — do not apply unless you meet the requirements below.

You must be willing and able to travel with a trainer during the initial training period.

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in swimming pool equipment repair and diagnostics
• In-depth knowledge of new and old equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of pool chemistry
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Must be able to work independently
• Clean driving record (background check required)

• Diagnosing in-ground pool/spa systems
• Installing/replacing pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing
• Heater and heat pump installation and troubleshooting
• Salt chlorination system repair and diagnostics
• Automation systems (install and troubleshoot)
• Drain & cleans, acid washes, and post-renovation start‑ups
• Installation and diagnostics of LED, incandescent, and nicheless lighting
