Kitchen Tune-Up is growing fast, and we’re looking for a detail‑driven Cabinet Painter who can also assist with cabinet projects as needed. You will complete cabinet painting and refinishing tasks in our shop and assist with cabinet-related work in customer homes. We are seeking career‑minded individuals who want to grow, learn new techniques, and deliver high‑quality results in some of the nicest homes in our community.

• Prep, sand, clean, and finish cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and frames
• Apply primer and paint using sprayers and other finishing tools
• Follow instructions from the project manager and adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints
• Assist with cabinet door and drawer front removal, installation, and reassembly
• Drill for hinges; install doors, drawer fronts, and roll‑out trays
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete daily cleanup
• Communicate progress with the project manager
• Work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Experience in painting, refinishing, or woodworking preferred
• Ability to safely operate power tools (table saw, band saw, router, planer, nail gun, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow established processes
