• 5–10+ years’ experience in
  • Commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
• A strong desire to continue company‑provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and hot‑side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on‑call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
