We’re looking for responsible and dedicated General Laborers to join our reputable team. As a General Laborer
, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality construction services. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment.
• Preparing construction sites, including debris removal, trench digging, and site cleanup.
• Shoveling materials such as dirt and asphalt to and from work areas.
• Following all safety procedures and immediately reporting any violations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site by properly storing tools and materials.
• Loading and unloading construction supplies manually and with equipment.
• Reporting incidents or injuries in accordance with company policies.
• Traveling to out‑of‑town job sites as needed.

• Experience
  :
  At least 1 year of experience in construction
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Willingness to travel out of town for work, including weekends when needed.
