Heavy Equipment Operator

The Briar Team seeks a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support commercial and residential construction projects across Northeast Ohio. In this role, you'll safely operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and other earthmoving equipment to complete site prep, grading, trenching, back filling, and material handling. You'll perform pre trip inspections, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment in top condition. Working closely with supervisors and crew, you'll follow plans, grades, and safety standards to deliver precise, efficient work.
