We’re looking for a skilled and safety-minded General Operator to join our sitework development team. The ideal candidate has experience operating various types of heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, and rollers, to support grading, excavation, and utility work.

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on sitework projects.
• Perform grading, excavation, back filling, and compaction to plan specifications.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow grade stakes, site plans, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with utility trenching, loading, and material placement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

• 2+ years of experience in sitework or earthmoving operations.
• Knowledge of grading, compaction, and excavation techniques.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to read plans or grade stakes and follow directions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in all conditions.
