• Familiar with lathes, mills, and welders.
• Knows flow, procedures and processes of company products and procedures.
• FamiliarwithFDA, SQF, USDA, RTE regulations
• Experienced with CMMS systems.
• Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD,etc.)
• Strongverbaland written communication skills.
• Able to make appropriate decisions with minimal intervention.
• Mustbe abletospeak, read, and write legiblyin English.
• Abilityto be proactive andtake initiative.
• Basiccomputerskills andabilitytotype andenterdataintocomputersystems regularly.
• Abilityto perform advanced mathematicalcalculationsand measurements.
• Comfortable working around multiple voltage electrical circuits.
• Good handand eye coordination.

  Able to take allproductioncalls and the knowledge to determine which calls should be attended firstinthe product flow.

• VerifyGMP’s and Safety standards(OSHA) are always maintainedandact and/orfollow-up when deficienciesarenoted.

• Assemble, Install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensures operation ofmachineryand mechanicalequipmentbycompletingpreventative maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions on 100% offacilityequipment.
• Install, maintain,andrepairmachinery, equipmentandphysicalstructuresfollowingspecifications,usinghand, tools, power tools, hoist, measuringandtestinginstruments.
• Visually inspect, troubleshoot, and test machinery.
• Abilityto createand administer
  
  Preventive maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Abilityto access vendors forrepairparts and troubleshooting.
• Locatessourcesofproblems byobservingmechanicaldevicesin operation.
• Locate electrical problems with useofDMM, with abilityto understandandtrainelectricalsafetyand procedures. (ARCFLASH)
• Follows all lockout/tagoutprocedures.
• Abilityto knowledgeably write andtrainon procedures.
• Controls machine downtime byinformingproductionworkers and supervisors ofroutinescheduled preventative maintenance as wellastheabilityto effectively make successfulemergencyrepairs.
• Maintainsequipmentand parts bycheckingstockto determineinventorylevels and reporting parts or supplies neededtocompleterepair.
• Maintainsandlubricates machine tools andequipmentwiththeabilityto beable to make surethecorrect lubricants are beingusedforthe situation.
• ProgramVFD’s onsimpleconveyorsystems.
• Troubleshoot relays, switches,and motors.
• Able to performa widerange of operations connected with maintenance,repairandinstallation of equipment, facility, chemical and mechanical processes.(Water, gas, air, hydraulic, Painting, building repair, sanitation procedures, calibration,electrical repair,Variable frequency drive. etc.)
• Works independently on advanced projects and can plan outsuch projects to completion.
