We work with large commercial, regional, and military aircraft—yes, the same ones you fly on vacation, that transport cargo globally, and that support military missions. Our mission? To simplify the delivery of nose-to-tail aircraft maintenance materials for clients across 30+ countries.

• 📦 Track incoming orders and customer property in a timely manner.
• 🧑💼 Manually stock inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
• 💻 Receive parts into our ERP system for proper allocation.
• 🤝 Work with Warehouse Manager for incoming inspections and QC approval.
• 🧹 Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• 🔍 Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors.
• 📂 Scan all receiving documents into Google Drive.
• 🛍️ Accurately pull, pick, and pack orders according to the Skylink standard.
• 🚚 Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
• 📑 Create AWBs and BOLs.
