Position Overview
Kitchen Tune‑Up is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking career‑minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well‑paying career.
Responsibilities- Work with Project Manager and franchise owner to prepare and organize documentation for project records.
- Track and schedule project timelines.
- Review and track orders from suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with a team.
- Answer incoming calls and input, track, and maintain prospects and client information.
- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated and dependable.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexible
Schedule:
This could be part‑time 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30 am until 5 pm. - Paid Training and Development:
We will provide continuous design training so you are well‑prepared to help our customers. - Open Door Policy:
Speak to the owner at any time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non‑toxic environment.
Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
