Our client is seeking an experienced  
** Customer Service Representative
** to support their customer-focused team.

This role offers  **$20 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong CRM/ERP experience - including  
** Salesforce CPQ** .

** Typical daily duties:*
* - Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries

- Log accurate data into CRM or ERP systems

- Primary responsibility: entering quotes in Salesforce CPQ

* What we're looking for:

* - Strong attention to detail and ability to work successfully with a team

- Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications

- ERP experience is a plus
