** Typical daily duties:*
* - Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging information into a CRM or ERP

- Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information

- Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution

- Communicating across departments to align with service standards and policies

- Applying Lean tools to identify waste and improve process flow

* What we're looking for:

*
* - Associate's degree and 5 years' experience supporting sales teams in manufacturing or life science industries

- Experience using CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce and Epicor preferred)

- Proven customer service experience working with customers and internal teams

- Experience with international orders/shipments a plus
