At cPort Credit Union, our Member Care team is often the first place members turn when they need help. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service every day.

As a Member Care Associate, you'll assist members by phone, email, and digital channels, helping them navigate their accounts, services, and financial needs with confidence.

• Answer member calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to email and digital inquiries.
• Assist members with account and service needs.
• Research issues and provide solutions.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Work collaboratively to create exceptional member experiences.

• Enjoys helping people and building relationships.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Stays organized and detail-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Takes pride in providing outstanding service.

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Financial institution, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or contact center experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
