Customer Service Assistant

Partners Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to provide friendly, accurate support to our customers in Sanford, ME. You'll handle routine transactions, answer account questions, and guide customers on banking products and digital tools. Working closely with a collaborative branch team, you'll help resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and support compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Serve customers in-person and by phone with account inquiries, transactions, and basic product support
• Assist with opening accounts, processing payments, and resolving routine issues accurately
• Educate customers on bank products, digital banking tools, and security best practices
• Maintain accurate records, follow bank policies, and support compliance procedures
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet service standards and support branch goals
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists when needed
