Customer Service Assistant Float

Partners Bank is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Float to support multiple Southern Maine branches. In this field-based role, you'll provide friendly, accurate service to personal and business customers, handling deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries while promoting bank products and digital services. You will travel between locations as business needs arise, assist with account opening, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person customer service across multiple Southern Maine branches
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions accurately
• Assist customers with opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
• Promote bank products, services, and digital/online banking tools
• Resolve customer questions and issues, escalating when necessary
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling and security protocols
• Travel between assigned branches based on business needs
• Support branch teams with daily operational tasks and customer follow-up
• Contribute to a positive, community-focused banking experience
