Math and Literacy Interventionist Ed Tech II - CJL

Ed Tech II at Carl J. Lamb Elementary School

Carl J. Lamb School is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Math & Literacy Interventionist position as an Ed Tech II. The position will play a critical role in supporting student math & literacy development through targeted instruction and collaboration with staff. This position is an integral part of the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy and math interventions for students
• Deliver push-in classroom support in collaboration with classroom teachers
• Actively participate in and help facilitate the MTSS process and team meetings
• Collaborate positively and effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Qualifications:

• Appropriate Ed Tech certification required
• Experience working with elementary students encouraged
• Strong understanding of literacy & math instruction, intervention strategies, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and compassion
• Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
