Sanford Pride Elementary School is seeking a Library Educational Technician III.
Responsibilities- Run the circulation desk.
- Check students into and out of the library.
- Plan library experiences for students in conjunction with the District Librarian.
- Use Destiny Library Manager system to maintain library records which includes issuing overdue notices, inventory, and updating patron records.
- Maintain discipline and behavior protocols.
- Keep track of library supplies and submit needs to the District elementary Librarian.
- Help maintain the physical space.
- Ed-Tech III Certification.
- A love of literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Friendly, reliable, customer service oriented, and yet firm while managing students.
- Team player.
- Skilled use of computers.
- CHRC (fingerprinting).
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
