- Coordinate partner integration work streams from scoping through implementation support, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are documented and tracked.
- Support technical discovery sessions with partners to gather requirements, clarify use cases, and translate needs into actionable integration plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Partner Success Management, and Partner Operations to resolve integration issues and keep work aligned.
- Prepare clear written materials, including technical summaries, meeting notes, and partner-facing correspondence.
- Assess partner integration approaches against athenahealth platform capabilities and recommend paths that support scalability and maintainability.
- Facilitate issue resolution by identifying risks, escalating blockers, and helping coordinate follow-up actions across teams.
- Analyze integration requests, implementation impacts, and project status to support decision-making and prioritization.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and practices to improve task organization, drafting, research, and workflow efficiency, while using human judgment to review outputs for accuracy, context, and appropriateness.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline coordination, documentation, and partner support activities.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, project progress, and key decisions in accordance with team standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management with cross-functional scope.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, interoperability, or a related field.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills, with demonstrated ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or HL7 standards.
- Knowledge of Agile methods and Lean or continuous improvement practices is a plus.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate technical projects or implementations.
- Experience supporting structured documentation, planning, and issue tracking in a professional environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Demonstrates expertise in technical project management within healthcare IT, focusing on partner integration and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled tools for workflow efficiency and maintaining clear documentation and communication.
