Digital Banking Specialist

Partners Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support customers using our online and mobile banking services. In this role, you'll assist personal and business clients with enrollment, transactions, troubleshooting, and secure use of digital tools. You'll monitor activity for accuracy and potential fraud, process electronic payments, and partner with branch and lending teams to deliver seamless service. Ideal candidates bring banking or digital service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to friendly, community-focused support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with online and mobile banking enrollment, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Process and monitor electronic payments including ACH, wires, transfers, and bill pay.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or security issues in digital channels.
• Collaborate with branch, operations, and lending teams to resolve complex customer needs.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on digital tools and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer notes in bank systems.
• Assist with testing and rollout of new digital banking features or system updates.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, security standards, and applicable regulations.
