Long-term temporary with potential for temp-to-hire. Our client is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate for an immediate opening in Springvale, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and is looking for a stable weekday schedule. This position pays $20.00/hr+ based on experience and is long-term temporary with potential for temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:- Cleaning and disinfecting public areas and common surfaces throughout the facility
- Emptying trash and recycling, monitoring restroom supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
- Performing minor facility maintenance such as floor tape replacement, wall painting, and changing light bulbs, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform the essential functions of the position
