We’re hiring a TIG Welder in Sanford! Our client is a well-established manufacturer that values safety, quality, and teamwork. This position pays $23–$26 per hour and is temp-to-hire. This is a hands‑on welding role where you’ll put your skills to work reading blueprints, creating precise welds, and supporting production in a safe, steady environment.
Typical daily duties:- TIG welding and inspecting welds
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Using air and electric grinders and tools
- TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use grinders/tools
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
