Johnson Service Group has an immediate need in Sanford, Maine for a Manufacturing Associate
- Material Handler. This is scheduled to be a 2+ Month temporary assignment of 40+ hours a week. This position requires regular lifting of 40 lbs. Shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm. This position is available immediately and looking for someone who can start work right away.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Associate is responsible for operating the manufacturing equipment that manufactures product in the production line, and manual stacking of product. In addition, the Production Associate will be accountable for basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.

• Manually operates and monitors assigned lines, bagging and palletizing equipment, materials, and finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation.
• Coordinates the movement of product from the production lines to the skids.
• Manually stacks finished product onto pallets.
• Examines product for quality and ensures all Food Safety Handling Procedures are followed.
• Records daily logs of packages bags and wasted packaging material.
• Adopts a culture of cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
