Join an industry-leading manufacturer as a Production Superintendent in Sanford, ME, and play a vital role in driving operational excellence every day. As a Production Superintendent, you'll lead the safe, high-quality, and efficient operation of sheet extrusion, MFC, and related processes. You'll work closely with operations teams to ensure daily production goals are met while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

What You'll Do As a Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Direct daily/weekly operations ensuring safe, reliable, high-quality output
• Lead safety programs, environmental compliance, TPM, 5S, and customer requirement adherence
• Ensure ISO/RC14001 and other regulatory standards are met
• Deliver OEE improvements and manage downtime, yield, and productivity
• Oversee quality inspections and ensure specs are consistently met
• Manage work orders and maintain accurate documentation logs
• Maintain 5S, ESP, and TPM standards across the production floor
• Develop and coach operators, managing performance and resolving conflicts
• Support training programs and ensure all equipment licensing is current
• Provide off-shift availability to support 24x7 operations when needed

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 5–10 years of manufacturing supervision experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively
• Technical aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of raw materials, product specifications, and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Familiarity with GMP and Good Manufacturing Practices
