Sanford, Maine

• Assemble products according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Cut, route, bundle, label, and organize materials as required.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• Ability to follow written instructions and visual diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Shift: M-F 7AM to 3:30PM
