- Develop work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation to support production and quality standards
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED, and value stream mapping
- Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process validation activities
- Train supervisors and team members on new processes, procedures, and product changes
- Support plant safety initiatives and compliance efforts
- Maintain production data, routings, and Bills of Operations
- Coordinate TPM and preventive maintenance activities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least one year of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments
