Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Skilled Nursing LPN is needed for a night-shift opening in Sanford, Maine 04073. The position is based at 1142 Main Street and requires recent long-term care experience.

The LPN will provide practical nursing support in a skilled nursing environment while meeting the listed licensing, certification, screening, background, and health-documentation requirements.

• Provide practical nursing support to residents in the skilled nursing environment.
• Follow established care plans, nursing procedures, and assigned shift routines.
• Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care.
• Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.

• Active Maine LPN license.
• Minimum of two years of recent long-term care experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Maine DHHS background check.
• National, state, and county background checks.
• 10-panel drug screen.
• Two-step TB screening and Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and varicella documentation.
