Certified Shift Manager Pay Range: $17.25 to $23.00 per hour The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, certifications, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant. Position Responsibilities As a Certified Shift Manager, you will oversee assigned shifts and help ensure that every customer receives fast, accurate, and friendly service.

You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
