Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of retail management experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and work stand‑for‑shift; forklift certification required
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and occasional travel

Compensation: $61,450 – $88,320 depending on location, with quarterly bonus eligibility. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term and long‑term disability. Employees participate in the company 401(k) plan and accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless required by law.
