Elite Field Sales: Exclusive Territory

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Direct Sales Agents, Sales Managers, and existing Sales Teams to work exclusive mapped Xfinity territories. This is a national opportunity that allows you to sell Xfinity High‑Speed Internet, Xfinity Mobile, and TV services in regions where the service is expanding. You will receive exclusive pricing and offers that cannot be obtained through the store or online.

As a sales agent, manager, or team leader, the core responsibility is to create the best possible customer experience while meeting production goals. You will:

• Introduce residents to Xfinity services and educate them on our suite of products.
• Follow the field sales process and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout enrollment.
• Generate new customer leads, winback existing customers, upgrade current customers, and expand to new markets.
• Track orders in real time and communicate with the live sales support team.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training, and conference calls.

• Reliable transportation.
• Mobile device.
• Experience in direct sales, telecom, cable, internet, wireless, solar, alarm, energy, or home service sales (preferred).
• Previous sales experience.
• Willingness to work in the field, follow the process, and make no excuses.

All products include free self‑install kit, activation, modem, router, and no money upfront. Qualifying customers may receive gift card offers.

Package commissions:

• 1 Gig Internet + free mobile line + gift card: $325 commission.
• 1 Gig Internet + free mobile line + popular TV 125 channels + premium movie channel + gift card: $400 commission.
• 1 Gig Internet + popular TV 125 channels + premium streaming + 2 mobile lines: $475 commission.
• 1 Gig Internet + popular TV 125 channels + premium movie channel + 4 mobile lines: $625 commission.
• Xfinity Mobile unlimited talk, text & data – sell up to 10 lines (first line free): $75 commission per line.

Manager override opportunities are available on team production. Average commission per sale is $450. Average full‑time sales agents can earn $1,800+ weekly. Managers and teams may qualify for additional overrides.
