You will complete cabinet painting and refinishing tasks in our shop and assist with cabinet‑related work in customer homes. We are seeking career‑minded individuals who want to grow, learn new techniques, and deliver high‑quality results in some of the nicest homes in our community.

• Prep, sand, clean, and finish cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and frames
• Apply primer and paint using sprayers and other finishing tools
• Follow instructions from the project manager and adhere to Kitchen Tune‑Up Trustpoints
• Assist with cabinet door and drawer front removal, installation, and reassembly
• Drill for hinges; install doors, drawer fronts, and roll‑out trays
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete daily cleanup
• Communicate progress with the project manager
• Work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Experience in painting, refinishing, or woodworking preferred
• Ability to safely operate power tools (table saw, band saw, router, planer, nail gun, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow established processes

Compensation: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
