We're currently looking for commercial painters for ongoing renovation projects in the Sanford area. Many of these projects involve converting historic mills and warehouses into modern apartment communities.
This is production painting work. You'll move from apartment to apartment completing the full painting process, including preparation, priming, caulking, spraying, rolling, and brushing.
Job Duties
- Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces for painting
- Perform patching, sanding, masking, and caulking as needed
- Prime and paint interior surfaces
- Operate airless paint sprayers efficiently and safely
- Apply paint using rollers and brushes
- Move efficiently from one apartment/unit to the next
- Maintain consistent production and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all jobsite safety requirements
Requirements
- Previous commercial painting experience
- Strong experience with airless spray systems
- Proficient with brush and roller applications
- Experience with surface preparation, priming, and caulking
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a crew
