We at Living Innovations, our jobs have purpose built right in. We don’t do ordinary—each day offers something new, rewarding, and extraordinary. We’re looking for a dedicated Recruiter who truly cares about people to join our team.

In this role, you won't just be filling slots on a schedule—you’ll be the person finding the compassionate, reliable caregivers who make a real difference in the lives of folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). A vital part of your mission will also be seeking out exceptional Shared Living Providers—dedicated individuals and families willing to open their homes and hearts to offer a supportive, family-like environment for those we serve.

Working side-by-side with our Recruitment Manager, you will be the boots on the ground. You’ll spend your time partnering with local managers who need staff, getting out into the local community, and spreading the word face-to-face to find the kind of hardworking professionals and dedicated home providers our families rely on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with regional managers to really understand what they need, what their teams are like, and who will fit best in their open roles.
  • Identify and recruit quality Shared Living Providers by tapping into community networks, faith-based organizations, and specialized forums to find compassionate households capable of providing stable, long-term residential support.
  • Get out there and build real relationships with local colleges, trade schools, job centers, and community groups so they know who we are and what we stand for.
  • Attend local job fairs, open houses, and community events to share what Living Innovations is all about, educate the public on the unique impact of becoming a Shared Living Provider, and invite good people to apply.
  • Be a warm, friendly point of contact. Make sure applicants and prospective providers hear back from us quickly and feel supported from their very first call all the way to their first day on the job.
  • Stay on top of our hiring system, keep clean records, and send quarterly updates on your hiring numbers to the Recruitment Manager.
Benefits
  • $500 Sign-on Bonus
  • Health, Vision, and Dental insurance plans.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) package.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel across Southern Maine and New Hampshire.
  • Professional development as well as training and mentorship opportunities.
  • The unmatched daily satisfaction of making a real difference in your community!
