HVAC Dispatcher

Description

(This is not a remote position)

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments promptly
• Dispatch technicians to jobs based on skills, availability, and location
• Provide customers with scheduling updates, delays, and job status information
• Support technicians throughout the day with job details and clear communication
• Monitor routes and workloads to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with service managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent calls
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders and documentation in company systems
• Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting when needed

• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or urgent situations
• Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software and general computer systems
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
