The position involves supervising CRNAs while managing approximately 6,544 cardiac cases annually across outpatient and operating room settings. Board certification in anesthesiology is required along with prescriptive authority for comprehensive patient care.

The role requires on‑site presence with call responsibilities to ensure continuous coverage for cardiac surgical procedures.
