The Baker Company in Sanford, Maine, is seeking a hands‑on Process Engineer to turn ideas into practical solutions on the factory floor—improving quality, safety, efficiency, yield, and flow with technologies like cobots, additive manufacturing, automation, and rapid prototyping.
