Medical Office Receptionist

Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Medical Office Receptionist to support our medical teams and provide exceptional front‑of‑house service. The role involves engaging with patients, ensuring smooth office workflow, and upholding high standards of patient care.

• Registers patients, collects copays, deductible, and account balances.
• Schedules patients for follow‑up or referral appointments.
• Completes patient record filing and other data entry for providers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a medical office assistant program preferred.
• Healthcare management/administration certification or 2 years of office experience preferred.
