Medical Office Receptionist
Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Medical Office Receptionist to support our medical teams and provide exceptional front‑of‑house service. The role involves engaging with patients, ensuring smooth office workflow, and upholding high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities- Registers patients, collects copays, deductible, and account balances.
- Schedules patients for follow‑up or referral appointments.
- Completes patient record filing and other data entry for providers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a medical office assistant program preferred.
- Healthcare management/administration certification or 2 years of office experience preferred.
