Shift Details

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, Overtime as business needs require. 1st Shift Starting Pay: $21.70/hour

Job Duties
  • Cross-functional communication to complete tasks.
  • Effective teamwork.
  • Provides summaries to leadership.
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, logistics and operations.
  • Serve as the coordinator for customer visits.
  • Assist in budget preparation and control activities.
  • Assist in basic scheduling tasks.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and e-mail.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with purchasing/inventory/buying systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel).
Top Candidates Will Have
  • Associate's degree.
  • At least 2 years experience in purchasing/inventory management.
  • Experience with Nextgen/Coupa.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Problem Solving/Troubleshooting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • 2 years of related administrative support experience.
